This update makes wall adjustments and SVG imports more reliable. Rotating layered walls is now smoother, resizing wall groups keeps wall thickness correct, and imported SVGs better preserve overlapping colored details.
Fixed
Rotate layered walls without getting stuck
The Rotate tool moves seamlessly, even with multi-layered walls.
In Synaps, a single wall can have multiple layers. Each layer introduces edges and corners, which can assist in selecting a rotation point.
During the final aiming stage, moving edges may temporarily capture the pointer, preventing the angle from changing. The tool now excludes the selected geometry at this stage for clarity. You can still use this geometry when selecting the rotation center and reference point.
Fixed
Resize a wall group without stretching wall thickness
Grouped walls now resize through their own geometry rules.
Grouping walls makes it possible to adjust a larger part of a plan in one operation.
Now, these resize properly without changing the wall thickness. During resizing, Synaps applies each wall’s individual geometry rules rather than stretching the entire group like an image. This ensures wall thickness remains consistent when modifying larger sections of your plan.
Fixed
Keep overlapping details in imported SVGs
Imported SVG artwork retains overlapping colored details.
SVG artwork creates its appearance by layering shapes. Sometimes, a new shape of the same color is added even after earlier shapes.
Previously, some colored elements disappeared if an SVG had repeated fills with the same color. The importer now checks for overlapping colors before removing fills, preserving important visual details in your drawings.
