Client collaboration

Feedback in the drawing, not in email

Feedback in the drawing, not in email

Clients leave comments directly on the drawing, exactly where they mean them.

No more long email threads or screenshots to decode.

Track the project progress

Track the project progress

Jump back into any project and see exactly what changed since the last review.

Clients stay updated, and no one time wasted on a meeting figuring out what's new.

Present options side by side

Present options side by side

Lay out multiple design options side by side and let clients compare them in one place.

Decisions get made faster and the choices are clearer.

Questions client collaboration ask before getting started.

How does a client leave feedback without learning a new tool?

They click a viewer link, point at the spot on the drawing where they have a question, and type. No signup, no app install, no account creation. The pin lives on the drawing element from then on, so a "move the bedroom door" request never gets lost in an email reply chain.

How do I show the client what changed since last review?

Toggle "show changes since" with a date, and Synaps highlights every wall move, every furniture swap, and every annotation edit since that snapshot. The client sees what moved between v3 and v4 without you writing a changelog manually.

Can I send a proposal that does not look like a slide deck?

Yes, that is the whole point. A Synaps proposal is a long-form, scrollable web page that lives at a private link you share with the client. Plans, sections, materials, fee structure, and timeline all hang together on the same surface rather than fragmenting across 38 slides.

Can I export the proposal as a PDF for procurement?

Yes. Print-to-PDF generates a paginated document with proper page numbers, automatic table of contents, and embedded high-resolution drawings. The procurement officer who insists on a PDF gets one; everyone else uses the live link.
