Architectural practice
without the compromise.
For most studios, Synaps replaces the layered toolchain, a CAD engine for plans, a separate presentation tool for client decks, a third for libraries, with one drawing canvas that produces all three outputs from the same project.
For some teams it sits alongside Revit as the drafting and client-facing surface while Revit remains the BIM archive. Pilots have proven both setups.
DWG and DXF open directly inside Synaps with their geometry, layers, and dimension styles preserved. You can keep editing in Synaps and export back to DWG when you need to.
Revit projects are imported as reference geometry today; full RVT round-trip is on the roadmap. For studios that need to keep Revit as the source of truth, we recommend syncing exported DWG views into Synaps for client work.
Every project is multiplayer by default, anyone on your team can open the file, draw on the same canvas, and see live cursors. Changes commit instantly; there is no check-out, save-as, or merge step.
Per-project permissions cover read, comment, and edit. Studios can set defaults per office so external collaborators (consultants, clients) start with the right access.
Pro (€35/editor/month) covers everything a freelancer or small team needs: unlimited projects, unlimited file size, full drafting and presentation suite, all export formats, and team collaboration.
Studio (€75/editor/month) adds practice-wide library governance, SSO/SAML, audit logs, dedicated rollout support, and priority technical contact. It is built for offices with 20+ editors that need centralized control.
Freemium is permanent, not a trial, individuals and students get a full editor seat for free with unlimited personal projects.
For paid plans there is a 14-day evaluation window with full Studio features. We also run six-week structured pilots for practices considering a full migration; reach out to set one up.
Yes, Freemium covers individual students and educators for personal coursework and teaching. For institutional licenses (program-wide rollouts, lab installs, accredited bootcamps) we have a separate education program; email us with the institution name and seat count.
Your projects are yours. We do not train models on customer drawings, do not sell data, and do not share project content across tenants.
Infrastructure is EU-hosted (Frankfurt) with at-rest encryption and TLS 1.3 in transit. Studio plans include SSO, audit logs, and a written DPA. Full security overview on the Privacy page.
All plans include email support with a 24-hour response target on business days. Studio plans add a named technical contact, faster SLAs, and quarterly office hours for rollout questions.
